As we begin our 67th year in business, we have an eye on the future and are thinking of how to continue to improve our company. We have identified employee development and training as a key focus area in 2024. We will be working behind the scenes to conduct additional training workshops and seminars for our staff. While we plan for the future, we also think about the history of our company and the values that guide us.
In the past 10 years, several significant pest and disease issues have become so common that we deal with them every day. Here are a few of the problems we encounter most frequently.
Our Safety Committee, directed by Arborist Jim Roach, continues to guide our company’s safety culture. We meet weekly for staff development training, and we conduct two full days of training each year.
Beech Leaf Disease (BLD) is emerging as the biggest threat to our trees since Emerald Ash Borer.
